RMK Tools Return Policy

Changed your mind? No problem — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- To start a return, email ContactRMKtools@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- Final sale: items listed "for parts or repair," marked clearance, or marked final sale cannot be returned. This is stated on each of those listings — please read the condition notes before buying.

Arrived damaged or not as described? Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including your shipping cost.
