RMK Tools Shipping Policy

- We ship from Tehachapi, California within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and your delivery address. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx using tracked services.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on distance and the service selected. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
- PO Boxes: small and medium items ship to PO Boxes with no problem. Oversized items may require a street address — if there's an issue with your order, we'll contact you before shipping.
- Local pickup is not currently offered.
- If an item arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days of delivery (see our Return Policy) and we'll sort it out.
