1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by RMK Tools and Supplies. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to RMK Tools and Supplies. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. PRODUCTS AND CONDITION
We sell new, open-box, and used tools and equipment. Every listing states the item's condition:
- New: unused, in original or replacement packaging.
- Open box: unused but the original packaging has been opened.
- Used: previously owned; tested and working unless the listing states otherwise.
- For parts only: sold as-is for parts or repair, no returns.

Photos in each listing show the actual item you will receive unless marked as stock photos. Descriptions note any missing parts, accessories, or defects we are aware of.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Payment is due at the time of order.

4. SHIPPING
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx through Pirate Ship. Handling time is 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless the listing offers free shipping. We do not ship to AK, HI, or PR on items containing lithium batteries. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier picks up your order.

5. RETURNS
- New and open-box items: returnable within 30 days of delivery in the condition received. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
- Used items: returnable within 14 days of delivery if the item does not work as described in the listing.
- For-parts-only items: all sales final.
To start a return, contact us first so we can issue instructions. Items must include all parts and accessories received.

6. NO MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ON USED ITEMS
Used and open-box items are not covered by any manufacturer warranty unless the listing specifically states otherwise. New items carry only whatever manufacturer warranty remains, if any.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. Tools should be used according to manufacturer safety instructions; always wear appropriate safety equipment.

8. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or use this site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or offensive.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
